We’ll arrange a personal call with Olivier or Philippe, our local safari experts, to understand your travel style and expectations, 
then help you choose the service level that best suits you: Comfort or Premium.

Begin with Your Planning Fee

Choose your preferred service and pay the applicable planning fee. This allows us to invest the time and expertise needed to craft an itinerary around your needs, 
and the fee is fully credited towards your trip when you choose to travel with us.

We Design Your Journey

Once the planning fee has been Received, we will craft a tailor-made itinerary around you, based on your preferences, travel dates, and travel style. 
You’ll receive a proposal designed around your priorities.

Review, Refine & Perfect

Take time to review your proposal and share any feedback or changes. We’ll refine the itinerary together until it feels right and the important details are in place.

Confirm Your Journey

Once you approve the itinerary, we’ll arrange the agreed bookings. A 50% deposit of the total trip cost is required to confirm your journey, 
with the balance payable according to the agreed schedule.

Prepare for Your Adventure

Before you depart, we’ll provide the essential travel information, practical advice and preparation guidance you need to feel ready and travel with confidence.

From arrival in East Africa to departure, our team will support you according to your chosen service, with local assistance, logistics and on-the-ground support.
